Boston, MA – The SUNY Brockport track and field team finished up with day two of the David Hemery Invite, hosted by Boston University.
Marius Sidlauskas placed fourth in section four of the 3,000-meter run with a time of 8:44.64. This earned him 45
th in a field of 100 runners in the event.
The women's distance medley relay team of Holly Heil, Brianna Lawless, Rose Pitman, and Lisa Pink ran a time of 13:02.34.
In the 24
th heat of the 800-meter,
Mike Young placed seventh with a time of 2:01.22. With a time of 50.50 in the 400-meter dash,
Devon Legrair took second in his heat. Teammate
Jason Page took fourth in his heat with a time of 52.54.
Humberto Wallace Jr. clocked in at 8:35.21 in the 3,000-meter run to place 14
th in the 10
th section of the event.
In the sixth heat of the 5,000-meter race,
Gerard Connelly ran a time of 15:19.55 to take 15
th place.
The Golden Eagles are back in action next Friday for the Nazareth Tune-Up Meet, as the last competition before SUNYACS begin. The meet is scheduled to start at 4 pm.
