Leddy Joins the Football Coaching Staff

Brockport, NY - Colin Leddy joins the Golden Eagles football staff in the fall of 2021 and will be tasked with coaching the wide receivers.

Leddy, a native of Natick, Massachusetts, joins the staff after spending the 2020-2021 season as an offensive quality control coach at The University of New Hampshire at the  Division I level. He worked primarily with the wide receivers and in the spring of 2020 and was an offensive intern with the Division I Harvard Crimson football program.

He graduated from Plymouth State University where he received his B.A. in communication and media studies with minors in marketing and business administration. While there, Leddy was a four-year member of the Panthers football program as a wide receiver. As a Senior, he helped lead Plymouth State to a MASCAC Conference Championship and an appearance in the 2017 NCAA Division III Playoffs where the Panthers fell to SUNY Brockport in the first round.

Following his career at Plymouth St., Leddy signed a one year contract in the German Football League with the Ingolstadt Dukes. While there, he also coached the running backs for the Dukes' Under-19 team.

While coaching for the Golden Eagles Leddy will also be furthering his education as he pursues a degree in Athletic Administration at SUNY Brockport.

Brockport gets its season started on September 4th, as the team travels for a 12 pm matchup with Framingham State University.
