Oberlin, OH - The SUNY Brockport Swimming and Diving program traveled to the Mid-Season, three-day championship style meet hosted by Oberlin College. After the first day of competition the Women are in third place with 210 points, behind Alfred State with 233 points and Oberlin with 324.5 points. The Men are in tenth place right now out of eleven teams with 85 points.

Jace Frederickson placed tenth in a 200-yard freestyle relay after touching with 1:32.38.
Luca Olivieri made the B-Finals in the 200-yard IM, he placed 10
th with a time of 2:01.57 scoring 17 points.
The Women started of strong with a second-place finish in the 200-yard freestyle relay. The team of Elizabeth Sagan, Sawyer Parker, Nicole Orcutt and Emily LeFrois-Heath finished in 1:39.74 close after Oberlin, scoring 56 points for The Green and Gold.
Nicole Orcutt swam the 500-yard free placing third with a time of 5:21.31, scoring 27 points. Hannah Pauly made the B-final, finishing in 14
th place with a time of 5:43.38, scoring 13 points.
Emily LeFrois-Heath placed second in the 200-yard individual medley with a time of 2:11.79, two seconds off the school record. She scored 28 points for the Golden Eagles in this event.
Sagan placed second in the 50-yard freestyle with a time of 24.10 scoring 28 points. Teammate Sawyer Parker was not far behind, in fifteenth place with a time of 25.45 scoring 12 points.
Diving will begin tomorrow in session four at 1pm.
