Brockport, NY – The SUNY Brockport women's basketball team is on the road Tuesday night for a non-conference matchup against RIT. Tip-off is set for 6pm.
 
Last Time Out: Brockport suffered its first loss of the year over the weekend in a home game against the William Smith Herons. The Herons snuck away with a, 57-55, close win. Brockport moves to 1-1 early on in the season ahead of conference play. Zairea Hannah posted a double-double with 10 points and 10 rebounds in the game.
 
Leading Scorers: Anna Felice is leading the way in scoring so far this year, pouring in 14.0 points a game. She has broken double-digits in both games so far for Brockport. Zairea Hannah and Stephanie Jean-Baptiste both hit 10 points for the first time this season against William Smith.
 
Working the Glass: Zairea Hannah is leading the Golden Eagles with an average of 12.0 rebounds a night, grabbing double-digit boards in both games. After snagging a career-high 11 boards last time out, Juan Brown is averaging 8.0 rebounds per game.
 
SWAT Team: Several players for the Green and Gold have turned back shots on defense this season. Zoe Zutes is leading the team with six blocks through the first two games, swatting three shots in each contest. Anna Felice, Stephanie Jean-Baptiste, and Juan Brown all have two blocks.
 
Meet the Tigers: The RIT Tigers are 1-2 overall after a recent, 70-48, loss to St. John Fisher. #31 Andreja Peciuraite leads the way with her averages of 13.0 points and 4.7 rebounds a game. #1 Emma Waite is the leading scorer, posting 13.3 points a game. In the last meeting between Brockport and RIT, the Tigers earned the, 60-46, victory.
 
Up Next: After the Thanksgiving holiday, the Golden Eagles will take its first step into SUNYAC play. They travel for a 5:30pm matchup with Buffalo State on Tuesday, November 29^th.
