AUBURNDALE, FL - The SUNY Brockport Golden Eagles Baseball team (7-2) recorded its fifth win in a row after defeated Stockton University in an early morning game at Lake Myrtle Baseball Complex at the RussMatt Central Florida Invitational by a score of 11-0. The Golden Eagles have outs scored its opponents 39-2 in the last three games.

Batting Highlights
Tom Kretzler and
James Houlahan lead the Golden Eagles offense in hits against the Ospreys,
Tom Kretzler went 4-5 at the plate scoring three runs, two RBIs, two doubles and a big home run to end the game.

Justin Pangburn and
Jake Sisto each recorded home runs in the game as well as Pangburn hit a solo shot and while Sisto drove in two runs on his homer, both over the left field fence.

Pitching Summery
Andrew Huffman (3-0) the reigning SUNYAC Pitcher of the week threw six scoreless innings giving up four hits while punching out seven batters during his time on the mound. Through 17.1 innings pitched this season Huffman currently holds a 0.00 ERA with 25 strikeouts.
Justin DelVecchio came into relief in the seventh inning striking out two batters while giving up one hit.

Nicholas Pastore drove in the game's opening run on a single to left field side allowing catcher
Jake Sisto to Score. The Golden Eagles finished the inning with one run and three hits.

The Golden Eagles bats broke out in the second inning as
James Houlahan singled through the right side to advance
Justin Pangburn home on a throwing error by the Stockton fielders.
Matt O'Dair would then drive in a sacrifice fly run to make it a 3-0 game. With three runners on base,
Jake Sisto hammered his second homerun of the season for a three run shot over the left field fence to widen the game to 6-0 Brockport. The Golden Eagles finished the inning with five runs and five hits.

Following a double from Kretzler,
Ryan Voight hit the teams first triple of the year to drive in Kretzler to make it a 7-0 lead. Voight would later be driven iff of a single from
Nicholas Pastore to give Brockport the 8-0 lead. The Golden Eagles finished the inning with three hits and two runs

Justin Pangburn managed to get a hold of one to put it over the left field fence for his round tripper of the season to make it Brockport 9 – Stockton 0.

Matt O'Dair reaching first on an error, the Brockport Baseball Home Run King adds to his record with 22 career home runs, closing out the game via mercy rule with a two run dinger over the left field fence to make it a 11-0 game.

Brockport Batters finished the day with 16 hits, three home runs, two doubles and one triple. It's pitchers managed to record seven scoreless innings while striking out nine batters.
