The SUNY Brockport women's track and field team sits in sixth place with 23 total points and the men's team is currently in 25
th place with four team points following day one of the All-Atlantic Region Track & Field Conference Championships hosted by Moravian in Bethlehem, PA on Wednesday.
Chanyce Powell posted a huge number in the triple jump as she took home the regional title with a school-record jump of 12.10m. She currently ranks seventh nationally in the event and has essentially locker up a spot at NCAA's.
Sarah Levine set the new school standard in the 100m dash as she placed second in the first round with a time of 12.15 and easily advanced into Thursday's finals.
Olivier Kothor and
Kelly Brown both advanced to Thursday's finals in the 100m dash. Kothor placed second in the prelims with a time of 10.78, while Brown placed fifth with a time of 10.88.
Kerry Flower placed third in the women's 10k with a personal best time of 38.21.44 which ranks fourth all-time at Brockport.
Veronica Dailey added a personal best time of 11:34.04 and placed fourth in the women's 3000m steeplechase. Her time ranks sixth all-time at Brockport.
Brockport's women's 4x400m relay team of
Marissa Wise,
Brianna Lawless,
Kaylee Haynes and
Sarah Levine placed seventh and earned two team points with a time of 3:59.93. They are now just the third relay in program history to break four minutes in the 4x400m.
Paul Suflita placed fifth in the men's 3000m steeplechase with a time of 9:20.37 and
Thomas Kressly placed ninth with a personal best time of 9:33.77.
Alayna Fredenburg placed 11
th in the women's javelin with a throw of 34.75m.
Devin Kipp placed 12
th in the men's discuss with a throw of 43.71m.
Emma Kinnicutt placed 13
th in the discus with a throw of 38.04m.
Brockport returns to the track on Thursday for the final day of regionals. NCAA qualifiers will then travel to the 2022 NCAA Div. III Outdoor Track & Field Championships which begin on May 26th at the Spire Institute in Geneva, Ohio. The nation's top 20 in each event qualify for nationals.

**Decathlon order on Day 2 will be the 110 Hurdles, Discus, Pole Vault, Javelin, and 1500m**
**Heptathlon order on Day 2 will be the Long Jump, Javelin, and 800m**
**There will be a minimum of 30 minutes between events with the exception of the interval between the DT and the PV, which shall be a minimum of 60 minutes. Starting times will be publicly announced once determined by the officials for each combined event; the 200, 400, 1500 and 800 meter runs will be inserted into the schedule at the discretion of the meet referee in a manner as to cause the least disruption in the overall schedule.
