The SUNY Brockport women's track & field team placed second (189 points) and the men's team placed third (163 points) at the 2022 SUNYAC Outdoor Championships at Eunice Kennedy Shriver Stadium on Saturday.
Art Jordan totaled 22 points on the weekend after winning both the shot put and the discus on Saturday and was crowned the Most Valuable Performer and the Most Outstanding Performance of the Meet for the men. Sarah Crockett totaled 28 points and earned the Most Valuable Performer honors for the women.
Brockport had four of the top seven finishers in the men's shot put.
Art Jordan led the way with a facility record throw of 16.87m which now ranks fourth nationally.
Elijah Washington placed third in the shot put with a throw of 14.52m and
Matt Faulise placed fourth with a throw of 14.45m.
John Demy placed seventh with a throw of 13.07m.
Brockport also dominated the men's discus and
Art Jordan led the way once again as he PR'ed and placed first with a throw of 48.47m (24
th nationally).
Devin Kipp placed second with a throw of 43.31m and
Alex Rood placed third with a toss of 40.60m.
Matt Faulise finished fourth with a throw of 40.31m and
John Demy placed sixth with a throw of 39.94m.
Three of the top five finishers in the women's discus came from Brockport. Sarah Crockett placed first with a throw of 37.98m, while Emma Kinnicutt placed third with a throw of 34.98m. Maleenah Ortiz placed fifth with a throw of 32.81m. Crockett also placed first in the women's shot put with a throw of 13.44m and Ortiz placed third with a throw of 11.71m.
Sarah Killip was crowned the SUNYAC Champion in the women's high jump as she placed first with a clearance of 1.62m. 1.62m is a new personal best and ranks 33
rd nationally. It's also tied for fourth on the program's all-time list. Indoor NCAA qualifier Michaela Levesque placed third with a clearance of 1.57m.
Freshman Marissa Wise placed second in the women's 200m race with a personal best time of 24.81, which ranks second all-time at Brockport and 23
rd nationally. Junior Sarah Levine placed fourth in the 200m race with a time of 25.66.
Brockport's women's 4x400m relay team of Marissa Wise, Jennifer Metz, Brianna Lawless and Sarah Levine broke four minutes and placed second with a time of 3:59.61, which ranks second all-time at Brockport and also ranks in the top 50 nationally.
Brockport 4x100m relay team of Satin Holmes, Marissa Wise, Brianna Lawless and Sarah Levine placed second with a time of 48.29. Bport's men's 4x100m relay team of

Devin Kipp placed third with a regional qualifying time of 43.01.
Veronica Dailey placed third in the 3000m steeplechase with a time of 11:46.38, shattering her personal best. Her time ranks sixth all-time at Brockport. Kelsie Naldrett placed second in the women's 100m hurdles with a personal best time of 15.19, which ranks fifth all-time at Brockport.
Paul Suflita placed second in the men's 3000m steeplechase with a time of 9:21.12.
Jonathan Zavala placed second in the 1500m race with a time of 3:56.60.
Satin Holmes placed second in the women's 100m dash with a personal best time of 12.27 which ranks second all-time at Brockport. Sarah Levine placed third with a personal best time of 12.32 in the women's 100m dash finals.
Olivier Kothor placed second in the men's 100m dash finals with a time of 10.95, while
Josh Jeziorski placed fifth with a time of 11.24.
Jennifer Metz placed fourth in the women's 800m race with a personal best time of 2:18.59, which ranks sixth all-time at Brockport.
The men's 4x400m relay team of
Jonathan Zavala,
Frank Derdzinski,
Dion Putaski and
Nick Markle posted a time of 3:28.32 and placed third.
Mia Montgomery placed third in the women's triple jump and matched her personal best with a distance of 11.42m.
Carson Swierski PR'ed in the decathlon as he posted 4833 points for a seventh-place finish. His first place decathlon finishes included the javelin throw (42.97m) and the shot put (10.39m).
Brockport's Madison Baker placed fifth in the women's heptathlon with a personal best score of 3345. Her weekend was highlighted by first place finishes in the high jump (1.35m), shot put (7.82m), long jump (4.37m) and javelin (26.40m).
Brockport returns to the track next weekend when it travels to the Nazareth Last Chance meet for their final tune up before regionals.
