Brockport NY- The SUNY Brockport women's soccer team moves to 1-2-1, with their first win of the season, after defeating the Houghton Highlanders 2-1 this past Saturday. The Golden Eagles will be playing Keuka College on Wednesday September 14
th at 7pm in Keuka Park. The women will then travel again on Saturday, September 17
th to The Rochester Institute of Technology to play at 1pm on the RIT Tigers Turf Field.

Kiley Longin found the back of the net, securing the first win of the season for the Green and Gold. Polcaro was unassisted while Longin was assisted by
Julia Mascaro.
Emily Maczka,
Megan Gerber and
Sydnee Smith all recorded shots for the Golden Eagles.
Kayla Usborne spent 90:00 minutes in the net, allowing just one goal in the victory.
Looking at Keuka: The Wolves are 2-1-1 going into Wednesday's game. The team's two leading scorers, Parker Lahey and Shayla Vetter, each have scored twice this season. Lindsey Garbacz has been there to assist on two of the four goals this season. In the net the Wolves have Sam Pelcher and Elianna Wilder. Pelcher has found home in the net this season with 337:57 minutes in goal. She has 19 saves and has allowed six goals so far this season.
Looking at RIT: The Tigers are 4-0 going into Saturday's game. They have seven women who have put up goals this season and three others with assists. RIT has outscored its opponents 8-1 so far this season. In addition to the strong offense, in the net is Darcie Jones. The senior goalie has spent 360:00 minutes in the net, has nine saves, and only given up one goal.
Up Next: Brockport hits the road again for the next contest, when the squad takes on Oswego State to begin SUNYAC play. The match is scheduled to begin at 4 pm on Wednesday, September 21st.
