Cortland, N.Y- The Brockport Swimming and Diving team took part in the Pumpkin Relays at SUNY Cortland on Saturday, October 21
st.

The Golden Eagles women's team took first place overall with 275 points, 11 points ahead of 2
nd place Cortland. The men's team earned 3
rd place with 144 points.Â

Women's Team:

The Golden Eagles took first place in the 4oo-yard medley relay, finishing in 4:14.62, and scoring 16 points.
Miya Vitale,
Addy Martino,
Emily LeFrois-Heath, and Maddie Parobek made up the relay.

The trio of
Corinne Wilson, Maddie Parobek, and
Miya Vitale secured a Brockport victory in the 300-yard Backstroke relay, scoring 16 points and finishing in a quick 3:16.88.

Kyra Russ and Jaemara Sturdivant finished 1
st and 2
nd in the women's 1-meter dive, with Russ earning a final score of 261.2, and a 218.85 score for Sturdivant. Â Â

Russ and Sturdivant found the same results in the 3-meter dive, once again finishing 1
st and 2
nd (Russ 252.35, Sturdivant 208.35).

The Golden Eagles scored 13 points each with three 2
nd place relay finishes, (300-yard butterfly, 300-yard medley, 200-yard freestyle).

Men's Team:

The men's 200-yard freestyle relay team of Jack Olsian, Alex Scaglione,
Garrett Nanna, and
Luca Olivieri earned a 2nd play finish and finished in 1:31.29, less than 2 seconds behind first place.

Matt Chan, along with Matt Cole and
Jace Fredericksen earned the Green and Gold a third-place finish in the 300-yard backstroke relay. The trio scored 12 points and finished at 3:00.20.

The men took 4
th in the 300-yard butterfly relay, scoring 11 points and clocking in at 3:09.38 (Matt Chan,
Joe Keeney,
Logan Kime).
