Recent Postseason History: Head Coach Mike Idland has the women's soccer program back in the postseason for a fourth year in a row. This will be the second time in that span where the Golden Eagles have made a run to the semifinal match. Idland has led the team to the SUNYAC Tournament six times since taking over in 2016. Earning the No. 2 seed this season, it is Brockport's highest seed since being the No. 1 seed back in 2012.

She recently scored her 10th goal of the year in the regular season finale against Potsdam. Lara Kanbur and McKenna Slate have both contributed four goals offensively this season.

With 13 total clean sheets on the year, the squad ties the single-season program record for shutouts that was originally set in 1995.

Against Geneseo: In recent years, Geneseo comfortably owns the head-to-head matchup against Brockport. The Knights own a 1-8-1 record against the Green and Gold in the last 10 meetings between the two programs. Earlier this season, Brockport and Geneseo battled to a 0-0 draw. The Golden Eagles are looking for their first win over the Knights since 2013, when they picked up a 1-0 victory at home.
