Brockport, NY – The SUNY Brockport women's soccer team beat Juniata College, 1-0, at home for its Community and Youth Celebration Game. This is the Golden Eagles sixth straight win, giving them an overall record of 6-1 on the season thus far.
At 6-1, the Green and Gold are now off to the program's best start since beginning the 2012 season 7-0-1.
McKenna Slate scored Brockport's lone goal, assisted by teammate
Jaylah Cossin at 42:44. Slate now has three goals on the season. Cossin's helper gives her a team-high of six assists and increases her points total to a team-best 16.
Brockport recorded of 24 shots to Juniata's 8.

Brockport will enter conference play next week. Brockport will play Buffalo State on Wednesday September 20th at 7pm and Plattsburgh State on Saturday, September 23rd at 1pm.
