Brockport, NY - The Brockport men's soccer team protected home turf with a 3-2 win over Elmira on Senior Day. The Golden Eagles moved to 6-6-2 on the season with a 5-3-1 record in Empire 8 contests.

Russ Domm were all recognized for their contributions to the Brockport Men's Soccer program.

Opening the scoring at the 15:17 mark,
DJ Taylor dished a perfect feed to
Brady Reinagel for the game's opening goal, putting Brockport ahead 1-0.

Following Pietro Gallina's goal for Elmira at the 20-minute mark,
Alex Rivara took advantage of Brockport's first penalty kick of the season, putting the Green and Gold up 2-1.

Holding a 2-1 lead entering halftime, the Golden Eagles controlled the pace with a 9-4 shots advantage in the opening half.

Just 6:56 into the second half,
Brady Reinagel would strike again for a crucial insurance goal, giving Brockport the 3-1 edge.

A Golden Eagles miscue in the crease at the 71:21 mark would bring Elmira within one goal, but the Brockport defense would hold on to secure the 3-2 win.

Dylan Lopez would pick up the win, making four saves across 90 minutes in a strong performance.
