Oneonta, NY- The Brockport men's lacrosse team came up short at Oneonta, 10-9, on Saturday, April 13
th. The Golden Eagles fell to 3-9 overall and 1-3 in conference play following the loss.

Nick Askin would carry the Brockport offense to begin the contest, scoring each of Brockport's first three goals across the first two periods to tie the game at 3-3.

With Oneonta leading 4-3 with seconds remaining in the 1
st half,
Jackson Worden would beat the buzzer with an unassisted goal to enter the halftime break tied at 4.

The third quarter was all Golden Eagles, with Brockport outscoring Oneonta 5-1 in the period to take a 9-5 lead into the 4
th. Brockport scoring would come from

The Red Dragons surged back quickly, scoring 3 straight goals in 4:16 to cut the Brockport lead to just 1 goal (9-8).

Oneonta would get the last laugh, with Evan Kelly tying the game at 9 with 5:18 remaining before Jamie O'Neil would score the go-ahead tally with just 4 seconds remaining, defeating Brockport 10-9.
