Brockport, NY- The Brockport women's basketball team will head to Alfred to take on the Saxons on Friday, February 14^th, at 5:30 before heading to Houghton on Saturday, February 15^th, at 2 p.m.
 
Last Time Out: The Golden Eagles would suffer its first loss in Empire 8 play, falling to St. John Fisher on Senior Day, 70-67, on Saturday, February 8^th. The Golden Eagles fell to 19-3 overall and 12-1 in Empire 8 play following the loss.
 
Cam Tooley had a day, posting a double-double performance with 11 points, 10 rebounds, and two steals.
 
Peyton Maneri led Brockport with 14 points, adding four rebounds and two steals.
 
Stephanie Jean-Baptiste filled up the stat sheet, posting 12 points, four assists, four rebounds, and four steals.
 
Mandy Brink provided strong scoring off the bench, pouring in 11 points in 12 minutes.

Heating Up: After posting just two double-digit scoring outings across her first 13 games, Cam Tooley has emerged as a top two-way threat for Brockport. Tooley has dropped 10+ points in six of her last nine outings, averaging 14.6 PPG over her last three outings. The Ballston Lake native has been instrumental to Brockport's strong defense, snatching two steals in each of her last five games. Tooley has posted a steal or better in 21 of 22 outings on the season.

Scouting Alfred: The Saxons have locked up a spot in the Empire 8 playoffs, currently holding a 13-9 record with a 7-6 mark in E8 contests. Brockport will look to top Alfred for the second time this season, defeating the Saxons at home in January, 83-59.
 
Scouting Houghton: The Highlanders have secured a spot in the E8 playoffs, sitting at 16-6 overall with a 7-6 conference record. Currently tied with Alfred and Russell Sage, Houghton will look to avenge a 73-67 loss to the Golden Eagles back on January 24^th.
