Brockport, NY- The Brockport men's and women's swimming and diving team wrapped up the fourth and final day of Empire 8 championships from the Webster Aquatics Center on Saturday, February 22
nd. The women's team finished 3
rd overall (433 points), with the men's team earning a fourth-place finish (496 points).

The women's 400-yard freestyle relay saw
Elizabeth Sagan,
Maddie Erhardt,
Varshana Ramgulam, and
Sarah Kilburn take bronze with a outstanding 3:35.90 finish.

Erik Parkes,
Garrett Nanna,
Carter Lundin, and
Luca Olivieri made program history with a new program record 3:12.85 finish in the men's 400-yard relay for fourth place.

Elizabeth Sagan added to her medal collection with a second place finish in the women's 100-yard freestyle, taking silver with a 52.54 mark.
Sarah Kilburn provided a strong outing as well, scoring 15 points with a fourth place finish for Brockport (53.51).

Emma Conner snagged a bronze medal in the women's 3-meter dive, racking up a 443.70 finals score in an excellent performance.

Jace Fredericksen (6
th, 17:33.97) and
Michael Laviani (8
th, 17:55.07) scored for the men's team in the 1650-yard freestyle, snagging 24 team points.

Miya Vitale took eighth place with a strong performance in the women's 200-yard backstroke, finishing her race in 2:26.29 for 11 points.

Sarah Colwell shined in the women's 1650-yard freestyle, taking eighth place with a 19:03.81 finals time for 11 team points.

The Golden Eagles held multiple top-eight finishers in the men's 200-yard backstroke, with

In the women's 200-yard breaststroke,
Addy Martino cracked the top-five with her fourth place finish, wrapping up in 29.97 for an excellent outing.
