Brockport, NY – Jonathan Zavala competed in the final round of the men's 1500m race at the NCAA DIII Championships today in Geneva, OH where he posted an impressive finish. 

On Thursday, May 22^nd, Zavala competed in the first round of the 1500m, where he qualified for the final round from a 12^th place finish at a time of 3:53.38. 

Today, Zavala finished out his college career achieving All-American status with a seventh-place podium spot from a time of 3:50.53. This is the second year in a row for Zavala to go to outdoor track and field nationals and reach All-American Status in the season and he has also taken the title twice in the indoor season as well.
