Brockport had a strong outing in the first period with a total of 10 shots compared to the Blue Devils six. McKenna Slate showed out with four out of Brockport's seven shots on goal, but Fredonia's goalie Abby Szymkowiak kept the ball from reaching the back of the net to keep the game scoreless.

The second half mimicked the first with the Green and Gold remaining on top. The squad had four corner kick opportunities back-to-back and led in shots with 11 (5 SOG) compared to Fredonia's three, but Szymkowiak did her job again defending the net for Fredonia.

On Saturday, the team traveled to Hartwick College, where they fought hard to secure a 3-0 shutout, continuing their undefeated conference streak.

The Golden Eagles had a dominant start with two shots at Hartwick. Lyndsey Miller wasted no time helping the team to a 1-0 lead just 18 minutes in. Brockport kept up the action until Amelia Breton added another goal to the back of the net. Just before the halftime break, Kaitlyn Spring scored her first goal of the season to bring the team up to 3-0.

The second period remained scoreless, but Hartwick fought hard. The Hawks outshot Brockport 8-2, but were no match for the defense. Both teams also finished out the competition with four corner kicks each.
