Brockport, NY – On Monday, the Empire 8 announced Ayden Grinion as this week's E8 Men's Indoor Track Athlete of the Week after two excellent finishes at the Brockport Saturday Night Rust Buster. 

Grinion started strong in the 400m race, finishing in first place in a time of just 50.35 seconds. In the 200m dash, Grinion crossed the line at a quick 23.12 seconds, good for a tie with fellow teammate Jeremy Chen to finish out the day.
