Brockport, NY – Today, the Empire 8 announced Timothy Smith as this week's E8 Men's Outdoor Track Athlete of the Week for the second time this season, following a dominant 800m race at Williams College over the weekend. 

Smith finished up the Farley Inter Regional strong, clinching a third place spot in the 800m out of 70 runners. With his time of 1:51.37, Smith broke the 800m Brockport record, which also moved him to 26^th in the nation. 

The Green and Gold lace up their spikes for the AARTFC Regional meet on Wednesday, May 13^th at 12pm and Thursday, May 14^th at 10am at Ursinus College.
