Montgomery is a graduate of Syracuse Minoa High School where she was a sectional and league champion in addition to breaking the triple jump record. She is the daughter of Suzette and Ron Montgomery and has four siblings, Kayla, Jayden, Elijah, and Brandi. Montgomery is currently seeking a Nursing degree.
