Biography

2025–26: Served as a veteran leader during his senior season, appearing in two games while continuing to provide guidance and leadership within the program. Higgins earned recognition as Brockport's representative on the UCHC All-Academic Team and was selected to the Empire 8 Tomorrow's Leaders Team, recognizing his leadership, academic success, and commitment to the community. 

2024–25: Appeared in five games as a junior defenseman while continuing to provide depth and leadership on the blue line.

2023–24: Played in 10 contests as a sophomore, contributing defensively while continuing to develop his role within the Brockport defensive rotation.

2022–23: Made his collegiate debut as a freshman defenseman, appearing in 17 games and recording one goal and one assist while gaining valuable experience on the blue line.
