2015:  Competed in six races for the Golden Eagles…Qualified and raced at the Cross Country NCAA DIII Championships... Qualified and raced at the Cross Country SUNYAC Championships...Finished with a time of 23:07.30 in the 6K at the SUNYAC Championships

2014:  Competed in three races for the Golden Eagles….Finished with a time of 24:22.90 in the 6K at the Golden Eagle Cross Country Invitational 

2013:  Competed in six races for the Golden Eagles…Qualified and raced at the Cross Country NCAA DIII Championships... Qualified and raced at the Cross Country SUNYAC Championships...Finished with a time of 24:55.00 in the 6K at the SUNYAC Championships

2012: Competed in five races for the Golden Eagles… Top time of the season was 24:38.70 at the Oberlin Invitational on October 13… Recorded a time of 22:08 in the 5K at the Daniel Walker Invitational hosted by Buffalo State… Finished in 51st place at the SUNYAC Championships… Competed in the NCAA Atlantic Regional and ran 25:18.60.
