Biography

Patrick is a graduate of Northport High School. He earned All-County for cross country during his senior campaign, and was a two-time indoor and outdoor track and field Champion. He is the son of Anne and Skip Jacobsen, and has two siblings, Celeste and Brian. Patrick is obtaining a major in Exercise Physiology.
