Gardella is a graduate of Penfield High School, where she was a 2013 All-County Pole Vaulter. She was also named an All-Greater Rochester Honorable mention for track and field in 2013. She’s the daughter of Michael Gardella and Mriam Iker, and has one sibling, James. She’s pursuing a degree in Biology.
