Smardz-Snyder is a graduate of the Buffalo Academy for Visual and Performing Arts. She was a Buffalo All-High Champion in 2013 and 2014, and placed first for the high jump in the 2015 Buffalo Invitational. The daughter of Michelle Smardz, she has one sibling, Peyton. Isabella is currently undecided on her major.
