Abby Eschen joined The College at Brockport field hockey coaching staff in the fall of 2015 as an assistant coach. Eschen is a 2015 Brockport graduate, and has been working in the Brockport Central School district as both a substitute teacher and coach since her graduation.
The Cazenovia, N.Y. native has experience coaching three different sports, primarily at the High School level. This past year, she served as the assistant coach for both the varsity girls basketball program, and JV field hockey program at Brockport High School.
While attending Brockport, Eschen was a four-year member of the Golden Eagles field hockey team, serving as captain during the 2014 campaign. She excelled both on the field and in the classroom, as she earned Brockport Female Scholar Athlete of the Year in 2015.
