SUNY Brockport Athletics

Bill Devitt began his second stint with The College at Brockport football team in 2010. He had previously been on the coaching staff in 1996 and 1997. His role with the team is assistant defensive line coach.

Devitt graduated from Marietta College with a B.S. in Physical Education, and immediately entered the coaching world. He was the assistant coach at Penfield High School from 1981-86. After that, Devitt was the defensive ends coach at the University of Rochester from 1987 to 1989. His longest coaching tenure was served at Perry High School, where he was the head coach from 1990-96 and then again from 2000-09.
