Steve Milne was a member of the Brockport coaching staff from 1995-2013, making a return for the 2016 season, to assist with the kickers and punters. He also coached at the University of Rochester in the 2002 season. He played three years as a kicker at Brockport and was the second First Team All-American in school history (1993). Milne led the nation in field goals made per game in 1993.

Milne still holds Brockport records for field goals in a season (13) and points scored by a kicker in a season (58).

He also works full-time at the University of Rochester and was inducted into the Golden Eagle Athletic Hall of Fame in 2009. Milne received his B.S. in Criminal Justice from The College at Brockport in 1993.
