Biography
Dan is a graduate of Franklin High School. He is the son of Romelis and Laurie Andrews, and has two siblings, Romelis and Brandon. Dan is obtaining a degree in Sport Management.

In 2013, Dan was named the New Jersey Athletic Conference Offensive Rookie of the Year, earned All-NJAC honors as a First-Team selection, and was a five-time NJAC Offensive Rookie of the Week selection. He set school records for most rushing yards by a freshman in a game (282 against William Paterson) and in a season with 1,276 yards, and recorded three games with at least 200 rushing yards (282 vs. William Paterson, 244 vs. Morrisville and 230 vs. Montclair). Dan had four rushing TDs and one receiving TD in the victory over William Paterson. He was named to the D3football.com Team of the Week for his breakout performance against William Paterson, and also had four kickoff returns for 85 yards before moving into the starting running back position.

In his sophomore campaign, Dan continued to shine, starting in all 10 games, rushing for an average of 110.60 yards a game to lead the league, and added a season total of 1,106 yards, surpassing the 1,000-yard rushing milestone for the second consecutive year. Andrews picked up nine rushing touchdowns, and one receiving score. He also made 31 catches on the season for 225 yard s and an average of 22.5 receiving yards per game. Dan earned Empire 8 All-Conference honors, as a First-Team selection.

Dan’s dominance continued in his junior season, where the Rochester, N.Y. native broke several Brockport records and set national marks. He earned the title of Empire 8 Offensive Player of the Year, and finished the season as the national scoring leader with a 15.6 points per game average. The junior rushed for 1,390 yard in 2015, and picked up an impressive 24 rushing touchdowns, the second best mark in Division III, in addition to two receiving scores. He had seven games with 100 or more rushing yards including his season best 256 yards against Utica College. Dan shattered several Brockport records along the way, including career rushing touchdowns with 44, season touchdowns at 26, and moved to second on the career rushing list with 3,732 total yards. He was named to the D3Football.com 2015 First Team All-East Region, D3football.com All-American Honorable Mention, and the ECAC Football All-Stars First-Team.
