Jeremiah Sorenson joined the Brockport Athletic Training staff in the fall of 2017 after serving as the head athletic trainer for the Western New York Flash soccer club last year. Sorenson is an alum of Brockport, having earned his B.S. in Physical Education in 2012 before receiving a Masters degree in Exercise Science and Health Promotion from California University of Pennsylvania in 2013.

Prior to becoming the trainer for the WNY Flash, Sorenson served as an Assistant Athletic Trainer at SUNY Geneseo for two years. He’s also gained athletic training experience at United Health Services and Union-Endicott High School since graduating from Brockport in 2012. Sorenson is certified in BOC, NASM CES, First Aid, CPR FPR and AED and is a member of the NATA.Â
