Brockport hired Tim Britton as an assistant coach for the men’s lacrosse program prior to the 2022 season.
Britton comes to Brockport after spending over 10 years as a lacrosse coach at Spencerport High School (2009-2019). He spent nearly five years as the head coach of Spencerport’s varsity lacrosse program. While at Spencerport, he created & executed practices plans and coached all positions in practices & games.
He also spent five years as a Head Coach and Director of the youth lacrosse program in Gates. During that time, he participated in coach selection process. He facilitated Parent Club development, procedures, & functions. He worked with the recreation department to create & maintain the program budget. He also coached one of the three teams in the Gates program. He coordinated & led coaching of player camps & clinics, as well as coaching clinics.
Britton has also spent time as a field official for the Eastern Association of Intercollegiate Football officials as well as the Rochester Chapter of Certified Football officials where he serviced Section V in New York, varsity, JV, modified and youth football levels.
