Zachary Barber joined the Brockport men's lacrosse program as an assistant coach before the 2025 season. An accomplished defender at SUNY Geneseo from 2019 to 2022, Barber played three seasons under Nick Fiorentino, making three straight SUNYAC Championship appearances from 2019-21.Â
Starting 43 games in his career at Geneseo, Barber finished his playing career with 39 caused turnovers and 47 ground balls, earning back-to-back All-SUNYAC selections from 2021-22 for the Knights. Â
