Spaschak joined the Brockport women's basketball coaching staff in the Fall of 2018 after completing her undergrad at Ithaca College with a degree in Sport Media and a double minor in Sport Psychology & Coaching.
In her first season with the Golden Eagles, Spaschak helped lead the team to an 11-16 regular season and an appearance in the semifinals of the SUNYAC Tournament. Spaschak also helped coach standout forward Emily Nestler who was SUNYAC Player of the Week three times in her senior year, collected both second and third team All-Conference honors, SUNYAC Elite 20 Award Recipient and named to the CoSIDA First Team Academic All-District.
During her time at Ithaca, she was a four year member of the women's basketball team. As a student athlete, she also took part in a number of other opportunities including the Student Athletic Advisory Committee and the Ithaca College Leadership Academy.
The Manahawkin, NJ native has always been an active member of the basketball community in a number of settings. She has had the opportunity to be an instructor for PGC Basketball as well as Status Pro AAU Basketball. When she wasn't coaching, Allison spent her time as an Athletics Assistant for both Ithaca High School and Ithaca College, where she was responsible for assisting with social media, statistics & video during games as well as in game supervision and event management.
While coaching, Spaschak is also employed as a Graduate Assistant and is pursuing a master's degree in Athletic Administration.
