SUNY Brockport Athletics

Emily McAdoo was hired by The College at Brockport as the women’s tennis assistant coach in 2011.

McAdoo played on the Nazareth women’s tennis team. She graduated from Nazareth in 2007 with a bachelor’s degree in Music Education with a concentration in piano and vocal performance. McAdoo went on to earn her master’s degree in musicology with a concentration in film music.

McAdoo is a PTR certified tennis coach. Her coaching experience includes head tennis coach at Nardin Academy in 2009 and at Canisius High School 2010-12. She was a coaching pro at Village Glen tennis club and Park Country Club in Buffalo from 2009-12. This past summer, McAdoo was the coaching pro at the Tennis Club of Rochester.

McAdoo attended Geneva High School where she played tennis, basketball and softball. She is a 2003 graduate.

Currently, McAdoo teaches vocal and piano in Rochester.
