Koehler joined the volleyball coaching staff in the fall of 2016, and will work primarily on the defensive side of the ball with libero's and blockers. In his first season on the coaching staff, he helped lead the Golden Eagles team to their best finish in program history, as they reached the NCAA Sweet 16.
Before coming to Brockport, Koehler played at the NCAA Division III level for one season at Springfield College, where he played outside hitter and served as co-captain. He's continuing his playing career here at Brockport as a member of the Men's Club Volleyball team.Â
Koehler has gained coaching experience at a number of camps and clinics in the Buffalo area, from which he resides. This past summer, he coached four different clinics, including the All Skills Camp at the Buffalo Niagara Court Center.
