Isaksen spent the 2021 season as an assistant coach at Brockport, helping to guide the Golden Eagles to a 17-10 overall record and a 6-3 mark in SUNYAC play. Brockport went a perfect 12-0 on their home court, including a win over Buffalo State in the SUNYAC Tournament Quarterfinals.

She is also an experienced camp instructor, working at the Spike Mountain Summer Camp, IREVA High Performance Summer Camp, and Lakeside Volleyball Club in recent years.
