Sophomore Erin Fleming (Friendship, NY/Bolivar-Richburg) has been named The College at Brockport Female Athlete of the Week after helping the softball team to a 3-1 State University of New York Athletic Conference (SUNYAC) record over the weekend.

Fleming pitched two complete games allowing just one earned run while not allowing a single walk. Over the last four games, the sophomore has allowed just one earned run and one walk while going 3-1 in four complete games. Last week, Fleming was named both the SUNYAC and Eastern Collegiate Athletic Conference (ECAC) Pitcher of the week.

Against Oneonta State on Friday, Fleming received the loss but pitched all seven innings in a 1-0 loss. Fleming struck out seven Red Dragons. In a five inning complete game against New Paltz, Fleming scattered four hits and did not allow an earned run as Brockport defeated the Hawks 12-4.
