SUNY Brockport Athletics

Sophomore Julie Arnold led the Brockport offense in the State University of New York Athletic Conference (SUNYAC) Tournament over the weekend. For her efforts, Arnold has been named The College at Brockport Female Athlete of the Week.

Arnold was named to the All-Tournament team after leading Brockport with a .545 batting average on 6-11 hitting. Arnold provided the only run scored in a 3-1 loss to Plattsburgh with a solo home run. In a 16-12 slugfest against Oswego, Arnold went 2-2 with an RBI and a run scored in the Brockport victory.

Arnold finished the tournament with three RBI and three runs scored while walking three times and added a stolen base. The sophomore had a .643 on base percentage and an .818 slugging percentage in the four games played.
