Senior Sarah Brown (Syracuse, NY/West Genesee) tallied a goal and handed out a team-leading 11 assists in two games this week leading the Women’s Lacrosse team to a pair of SUNYAC wins and has been named The College at Brockport Female Athlete of the Week for the week ending April 7.

Brown came off the bench to record four assists in the 14-7 victory over Buffalo State Thursday and added seven assist in the 21-5 win at Potsdam Saturday. The 12 points last week moves Brown within nine points of second place on the all-time points list at Brockport. The senior now has 104 career goals (seventh on the all-time list) and 122 career assists (second on the all-time list) for 226 points.

The two victories for Brockport moved the Golden Eagles to 8-2 overall and 3-0 in conference games.
