Freshman Amanda Riebe (Pleasant Valley, NY/Millbrook) has been named The College at Brockport Female Athlete of the Week for the week ending on September 22.

Riebe has been consistently pacing the Golden Eagle offense this season and helped Brockport finish the week 4-0. In the first home match of the season, Riebe looked strong with 16 kills and nine digs as the Golden Eagles defeated D’Youville 3-1.

At the St. John Fisher quad-meet, Riebe recorded 36 kills, nine aces and 27 digs. Brockport picked up wins over St. John Fisher, Pitt-Bradford and Oneonta.

The Golden Eagles return to action on Tuesday at 7:00 pm for a rescheduled home game against Hilbert.
