Sophomore Austin Dean anchored a resilient defense this past weekend, lifting The College at Brockport football team over Ithaca College in a crucial Empire 8 matchup.  Dean tabbed 4.5 sacks on the day, including two during Ithaca’s final drive of the first half.  The 4.5 sacks combined for a loss of 31-yards.  The Sidney Center, N.Y. native also tabbed seven tackles, helping Brockport hold the Bombers to -11 rushing yards, and only 242-yards of total offense.
