Clayton Stanton

Clayton Stanton joins the SUNY Brockport football coaching staff for the fall 2021 season. He will be charged with coaching the running backs, full backs, and tight ends this year.

From nearby Albion, NY where he graduated from Albion High School, Stanton comes to Brockport after his playing career at the collegiate level. He graduated from Baldwin Wallace University in Cleveland, Ohio where he earned his degree in sports management with a minor in business management.

As a member of the Baldwin Wallace football team from 2015-19, he earned three varsity letters in his career as an offensive lineman. During his time with the Yellow Jackets the team earned an overall record of 31-19. From 2017-2019, Stanton was part of an offensive line unit that helped the offense rush for over 150 yards per game in three straight seasons. After finishing his degree, he stayed on with the Baldwin Wallace program as an assistant offensive line coach for a year.

Now he will be coaching the Golden Eagles, while furthering his education by pursuing a degree in athletic administration.
