Sophomores Lauren Bohman (Sayville, NY/Sayville) and doubles partner Rachel Lamont (Bloomfield, NY/Honeoye) were edged 8-6 at No. 2 doubles in the closest match of the afternoon as The College at Brockport Tennis team dropped a 9-0 decision to Oneonta Friday in Oneonta.

The Red Dragons (2-2) took the early lead in the overall match winning all three doubles matches and won all six singles matches in straight sets.

In singles, Bohman had another competitive match dropping a 6-2, 6-2 decision at No. 5 singles. Lamont fell by a 6-1, 6-2 score at No. 2 singles for the Golden Eagles (2-3).

Brockport continues the road trip traveling on to New Paltz for a 1 pm match up Saturday.
