The College at Brockport Women's Lacrosse team dropped a 19-6 contest to the No. 2 nationally ranked Salisbury Sea Gulls on Sunday afternoon. Katie Sullivan (Baldwinsville, NY/C.W. Baker) recorded her second consecutive multi-goal performance, scoring two goals on the day for the Golden Eagles.

Brockport got on the board first as Emily Zartman (Canandaigua, NY/Canandaigua) netted her fourth goal of the season. Salisbury responded with two goals of its own before Makensie Schuber (Webster, NY/Webster Thomas) tied the game up at two with 16:06 left in the first half. The Sea Gulls (5-0), ranked No. 2 in the latest Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA) poll, erupted for 12 of the game's next 13 goals, including an 8-1 run to close out the first half.

Sullivan ended the drought in the second half with a goal at the 22:56 mark, but Salisbury answered right back with five consecutive goals to run away with the victory.

Kaila Maguire (Potsdam, NY/Potsdam) scored her third goal of the season with 1:33 left on the clock and Sullivan netted her second goal of the day with nine seconds remaining in the game.

Sarah Brown (Syracuse, NY/West Genesee) scored a first half goal for the Golden Eagles, her fourth of the year. Brown has now tallied at least one point in 23 consecutive games for Brockport.

Remle Harr (Farmington, NY/Fairport) stopped nine shots in 60 minutes of action in net to pick up the loss.

Brockport will travel to Virginia Wesleyan to take on the Marlins on March 20 at 4:00 pm.
