BROCKPORT, N.Y. – The College at Brockport women's lacrosse team continues to rise in the Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association top 20 poll, reaching a season high No. 9 on Monday.
The Golden Eagles are coming off a week that saw their first loss of the season to the hands of No. 1 ranked SUNY Cortland and a lopsided win over SUNY New Paltz 23-2. The Golden Eagles kept pace with Cortland for the opening half, which saw the teams tied 6-6 at the end of 30 minutes.

Stephen Wagner's squad will be back in action today, April 26 when they host SUNY Geneseo, who is tied for second with the Golden Eagles in the SUNYAC standings with a 5-1 mark in league play.
