BROCKPORT, N.Y. – Come one, come all, it's homecoming weekend at The College at Brockport and the No. 4 ranked Golden Eagles welcome St. Lawrence University to Bob Boozer Field for their third matchup of the season.

Game Notes
After securing a solid win against Ithaca College last Saturday to improve to 2-0 on the season, the Green and Golden jumped another spot on the D3football.com rankings. This time last year the team had only just reached the nationally ranked list, sitting at No. 22 after week two.
These two teams met at a much different point in the season last year, as the Golden Eagles capped their undefeated season with a 28-7 over the Saints. Brockport's win came off of a collective effort from both the offense and defense.
Quarterback
Jason Hellwig acted as a jack of all trades for the Green and Gold, completing 14 passes for 132-yards through the air and 115 on the ground while running for a touchdown and receiving one as well. The offense also saw a strong presence from
Christian Hollister and
Tyree Brown. The two held huge carries for the Golden Eagles, collectively rushing for 112 yards and two touchdowns.
Brockport's defense was accountable for only 199 yards of total offense, holding the Saints to a single touchdown through four quarters. The Green and Gold are hoping for another standout performance from defensive back
Matt Arita who led the team with eight tackles as well as defensive end
Josh Greenwood who recorded five tackles and 1.5 sacks.
This time around the Golden Eagles look to junior
Joe Germinerio to keep up his momentum. In two appearances thus far, Germinerio has completed 47 of 64 for a total 513-yards while collecting four touchdowns in the air.
