BROCKPORT, N.Y. –The College at Brockport women's lacrosse team continued their hot-streak, defeating SUNY Fredonia Wednesday afternoon, by a score of 22-1. With the win, the Golden Eagles move to 10-1 overall and 5-0 in conference, while the Blue Devils fall to 3-10 overall and 0-6 in SUNYAC play.
HOW IT HAPPENED –
- Brockport jumped out to any early two-goal lead as Sara Grapevine netted the first goal of the game 15 seconds into the frame, followed by Hannah Cullen 30 seconds later.
- Brockport allowed their only goal against of the game at 27:33.
- The Golden Eagles would go on a 12-goal run to end the half leading, 14-1.
- The twelve unanswered first-half goals started with Chloe Kurst (3g), followed by Allison Jennings (4g), Conklin (3g), Grapevine (2g), Lyndsie Pratt (1g), Victoria Thompson(1g).
- The Green and Gold showed no let-up in the second half, scoring eight more tallies for 20 unanswered goals on the day.
- Kurst (1g) picked up the first goal of the half, followed by Jade Williams (2g), Jennings (1g), Cullen (1g), Grapevine (1g), Danielle Hemly, (1g), and Briana Davies (1g).

- The Golden Eagles stay unbeaten in SUNYAC play, while extending their winning streak to seven games.
- The Golden Eagles outshot their opponent 36-6, and dominated on draw controls 20-4.
- Sara Grapevine led the charge with 10 points (3g-7a).
- Grapevine (3g), Kurst (4g), Jennings (5), and Conklin (3) all picked up hattricks.
