Pittsford, NY – The College at Brockport women's soccer team was on the road Tuesday night for a non-conference battle against Nazareth College. The Golden Eagles drop to 2-3 overall on the season, following the 2-1 road loss.
Nazareth took a 1-0 lead with a goal late in the first half, holding an advantage into the mid-game break. The Golden Flyers were able to score again in the second half to go up 2-0 in the 77
th minute of regulation.

th minute of the match, Brockport's
Camryn Pettit scored for her second game in a row to cut the Naz lead to 2-1. Teammate's
Brylie Hapeman and
Rian McMullen were each credited with an assist. The Green and Gold could not find the equalizer down the stretch, as Nazareth held on for the win.
Goalkeeper
Morgan Lupo spent all 90 minutes in net for Brockport, coming up with nine saves. After trailing at halftime, the team outshot Nazareth 10-5 in the second half and drew two more corner kick opportunities.
The Golden Eagles are back on the road again this Friday for meeting with SUNY Canton. The game is scheduled to kick-off at 6 pm.
