Alfred, NY – The College at Brockport women's soccer team was on the road Friday night for a match against Alfred University. The game resulted in a 0-0 tie, as the Golden Eagles now hold a 2-3-1 record.
 
The teams were evenly matched throughout the game, as both teams finished with 11 shots. Marissa Greiner, Kiley Longin, and Molly Zientek each took three shots in the contest.
 
The Green and Gold tried to keep the pressure on offensively, gaining seven more corner kick opportunities than the Saxons.
 
Freshman goalkeeper Kayla Usborne made her collegiate debut in net for Brockport on the night, making seven saves in the draw.
 
The Golden Eagles are on the road again this Sunday, when they take on SUNY Canton. Kick-off is set for 1 pm.
