BROCKPORT, N.Y. – The SUNY Brockport women's basketball team commanded home court Tuesday night against Fredonia, moving past the Blue Devils by a nine-point margin. The Golden Eagles sweep of the Blue Devils allows them to maintain a fifth-place rank in the SUNYAC conference with only three regular season games remaining.

Highlights:
- The Golden Eagles strongest performance came in the second quarter where they shot an impressive 62.50% from the floor, completing 10-of-16 attempts for 24 points.
- Julianna Taylor led the night on the boards, sinking 7-of-13 for 16 points and two assists while grabbing four rebounds.
- Kylee Rosbrook followed closely behind with a 14-point outing, adding two assists and five rebounds.
- The Green and Gold had a strong day under the basket defensively, pulling down 31 rebounds, accounting for more than half of their total on the day.
- Erin Radack played an important role providing the Golden Eagles with offensive opportunities, leading the night with nine total rebounds. The freshman also posted seven points of her own.
- Bailey Pratt nailed 3-of-7 attempts from behind the arc, sinking nine total points through four quarters.
- The Golden Eagles were able to execute 15 points off the Blue Devils turnovers and 15 points off the bench.
How It Happened:
- The Golden Eagles got off to a slow start offensively, finding themselves at a quick four-point deficit to open the first.
- Taylor was the first to kick start the scoring, nailing back to back buckets both from the paint and from three.
- The Blue Devils held a 10-7 lead for majority of the first quarter, allowing them to secure a 15-11 lead heading into the second.
- The Golden Eagles changed the pace of the game in the second however, sinking 24 points off of strong performances by Taylor, Rosbrook and Pratt. Pratt found her comfort zone outside the arc, nailing two threes' while Rosbrook commanded the paint.
- There was minimal scoring by both teams for majority of the third quarter. A late three from Radack and jumper from Henry allowed the Golden Eagles to maintain a healthy 16-point lead heading into the fourth.
- Despite the Blue Devils picking up some momentum in the fourth, a collective offensive effort allowed the Golden Eagles to seal the deal.
- Henry put up a lights out performance at the free throw line in the final moments, sinking five of six attempts.
